Refund Policy

  • No refunds or exchanges are available for customized/made-to-order products (Nikkahnama etc.)
  • We are happy to accept returns, provided that the goods returned are NOT damaged, used, in their original condition, with the packing and tags, within 3 days of order delivered.
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice received via email and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Please return the merchandise via traceable delivery/courier service or registered post to our address. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
  • Refund requests will be processed within 5 days(excluding Sundays) after receiving the returned goods.
  • All returns should be dispatched to the following address:

  • Upon receiving the return package at our office our team will get in touch with you for bank details to make the refund. It would take us 4-5 working days (excluding Sundays) to process your refund.
